Ingredients
½ cup Almond milk
½ cup coconut milk
½ cup frozen blueberries
½ medium banana
1 scoop of ‘Naked Co’Whey protein powder OR NUZEST Pea Protein– vanilla
4 brazil nuts
1 tablespoons cacao powder
1 tsp cinnamon
Serves 1
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender, magic bullet or use an immersion blender and mix at high speed until light and fluffy.
Alternatives: You can omit the brazil nuts and add 1 tbsp Chia seeds. Other berries can be used as an alternative and if you aiming for very low carb omit the 1/2 banana.
